We have been doing business with Scott Leman Autos for more years than I can count. The fact that we live in Arizona did not minimize the value of dealing with Scott. We dealt with other dealers and individuals, and those dealings ended in disappointment. Scott has always been responsive, quickly finding what we are looking for and providing it at a reasonable cost. After multiple purchases that were in great condition and reliable, we got into a vehicle that had some issues. Without our requesting assistance and certainly with no need to do so, Scott got involved with resolving the issues to make things better for us. Where to start--I have purchased a lot of vehicles over time and the most important purchase to date was my daughter's first vehicle. We did a lot of shopping on line--or should I say, my daughter did this. I stressed the importance of purchasing local and building a relationship with a dealer for current and future needs. Thanks to the internet she was searching a substantial radius when all we had to do was drive down the road to Scott Leman Auto. Hands down the best experience I have ever had. They listened to what we were looking for and were able to offer a number of choices for her to choose from. We ended up with a vehicle that she not only loves but was offered at a price that beat ALL of the on line competition that were miles away and the delivery was enjoyable. We have been very impressed with our interaction and experience with Scott Leman Autos in Goodfield. They were very helpful and personal getting to know about our family’s needs & desires that would inform our choices of vehicles. We did not feel pressured into anything and when we supplied a long list of specific desires for a vehicle they went out and found exactly what we were wanting keeping us informed of any progress and checking back in with us all along the way. At one point in this process too a price was accidently quoted us bellow what should have been charged, but they, instead of changing anything, simply chose to honor it and say no more. When we came to pick up the vehicle they had found we got a walkthrough of it and were/are very pleased. All that said, the real proof of a business is how they respond when things go wrong. Our vehicle they had acquired for us from a partner dealership ended up having an unforeseeable issue the day after we took it home. After calling and telling them about it they made time in their schedule to have us bring it by and look at it that same day. They then got us into a local repair place as soon as possible and helped make sure we were not put out financially by any aspects of the repair. Overall we were very pleased with their care for us, love our new vehicle, and will certainly being going back again for future vehicle purchases. Thanks Scott & Roy!

Great to work with! Scott had a vehicle we were interested in but my wife was unable to look at it due to busy work schedule. Scott was very willing to work with us to arrange a time to look at, drive, and discuss deatils on it. Ultimately we purchased elsewhere but it was not due to Scott - his vehicle was priced well and he was very fair on a trade-in value. I would not hesitate to purchase from here on the future.

I had nothing short of a GREAT experience buying a vehicle here. I told Scott what car I was interested in. They had just received it, so it needed detailed, and a few dents fixed. I explained that I work 3rd Shift and had gotten there about 8:00 A,M. (they open at 8:30) and he told me that he would be there the next day at 8 so I wouldn't have to wait. Sure enough he was there early the next day, the car had already been detailed, and the dents fixed. I test drove it, and bought it. Scott prices his vehicles well below book value, and I was happy at the amount we agreed upon. I will definitely recommend his Dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Great to Work With

Scott Leman Autos had a vehicle that we were interested in.  My wife's job is busy right now and she is working long hours, so we were unable to make it to the dealership by the closing time throughout the week and Saturday mornings are busy with family activities.  Scott was vey helpful in working out times to look over the car, drive it, and talk through a possible deal.  He was very fair in his trade-in offer.  Ultimately we chose a different vehicle, but I would not have hesitated to purchase the vehicle he had, had our choice been to go for that one- it was a car decision, not a dealership/salesman decision.

My experience with Scott Leman's dealership is the best I have had yet. Speaking with sales associates from other dealerships left me disappointed. One phone call to Sam at Scott Leman's was enough for my husband and I to drive 2 hours with a fussy two year old. The experience from beginning to end was pleasurable. Good Purchasing Experience

Our daughter entrusted us to help her shop for her next vehicle. We looked at a few different places with her finding what she liked at Scott Leman Auto. Sam and Scott were very courteous and professional. We were competing for the same vehicle with another buyer. They provided equal opportunity to both parties and did a good job of keeping us informed of status. When you are purchasing a product of good quality at a fair price that has some scarcity to it, this sometimes happens. We agreed on the vehicle purchase. Our daughter put her hard earned savings, a little college grad money and her first note on the vehicle. She loves the Toyota! They have a good business process. Paperwork was ready to go, accurate and seamless. The temp plate was on the car when we arrived and the car was clean from the bad weather we recently had. We had a couple of small issues with the vehicle. We were able to discuss the issues in a productive manner, reaching a workable solution. Scott and Sam had a strong desire to ensure we were well taken care of as a customer. At the end of the day, we feel we received good value for what we paid for the car. I would recommend them and buy from them again. As a side note, congratulations on your new facility. The building is beautiful and functional. The lot is easy to get around to look at vehicles.   Back in November, 2011, I started an intrnet search on autotrader.com for
a clean, low-mileage used compact or subcompact.  The search ended in
December with a 2007 Ford Focus SES at Scott Leman Autos.  It looked good
enough for my wife and I to drive 86 miles from Tallula, Illinois to
Goodfield for a closer inspection.  We were not disqappointed in the car or
the dealership.  Scott helped us out by dropping the asking price for the
Focus substantially and offering us a good, fair trade for the Neon.  There
was no high pressure, only honest, intelligent, straight forward  answers to
our questions.  Scott and Mike know their cars!  Plus their detail shop had
the Focus looking immaculate.  My wife and I were very pleased with the
purchase experience, and three months later we are very pleased with the
Focus!  Count us as extremely satisfied  customers!!  I would recommend
